VTubeClip automatically turns Vtuber stream videos into vertical (9:16) short clips — picking highlights via audio analysis, cropping, and rendering. The service does NOT use AI to generate or synthesize any image or audio, and does not add subtitles.
You must own or have the legal right to any video you upload or submit by URL. Do not use the service with unlawful content or content that infringes copyright or others' rights. You are responsible for the rights to your content.
Sign-in is via Google only. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
The service uses credits (1 THB = 1 credit). Choose clips per job (49–199 THB). Top up by card/PromptPay via Stripe. No monthly fee. The price is always shown before you start a job.
Credits are charged ONLY when a job finishes, for the clips actually produced. If fewer clips are produced, you pay only for those. If a job fails or the system has a problem, no credits are charged.
If a delivered clip has a quality problem (e.g. frozen frames) you may request a credit refund from that job page; we will review it. Refunded credits return to your balance for further use. Credits already spent on successfully completed jobs are generally non-refundable to cash unless required by law. For payment disputes, please contact us before opening a card chargeback.
Finished clips are kept for download for 7 days, then deleted automatically. Please download and keep your own copies. We do not guarantee recovery of files deleted on schedule.
We aim for continuous service but provide it "as-is"; there may be maintenance or outages. Jobs interrupted mid-process are automatically re-queued when the system recovers.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days before the event.
We may update these terms or pricing. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
